TAPERED AND CONVENTIONAL RIGID FRAME STRUCTURES
Engineered structural frames can be designed to meet any height and span if feasibility is maintained. Steel frame structures allow the introduction of such elements as: large-sized framed openings, heavy duty equipment supports, suspension requirements, overhead cranes, monorails, vertical lift doors, and cooling towers. Steel frames are designed on Brytex's computers and are produced on a computerized plasma arc cutter and an automated sub-arc welder.
All tapered frames are fabricated from 44W steel plate, bar stock and/or hot rolled structural shapes. These frames are used to provide our customers with large unobstructed spans with greater economy. One or both gable end frames can be post and beam construction to reduce costs even further. The framework can utilize any of our wall and roof systems, building accessories, and equipment to provide a complete and functional building.

SELF FRAMING BUILDINGS
The Brytex Self Framing Gable Type building is economical system with clear span of up to 11.5 meters, depending on snow load. Engineered design allows easy assembly of all building components with a minimum of steel supports. Structural roof panels are supported on eave walls and centre of steel ridge. Steel ridge detail varies if ridge ventilation is required. Heavy-duty base and top channel frame the entire wall panels. Each building is manufactured according to local structural design criteria.
Ideal for small structures, but still meeting the Brytex quality specifications, the Self Framing Shed Type Building has proven itself the most economical building in our program. Its simple structural design and single roof span from wall to wall, eliminates the need for interior steel bracing to provide maximum space. Heavy gauge base and top channel tie wall and roof panels together. Overhang, flashing and drip detail prevent any rain or snow penetration, and assure everlasting trouble-free and maintenance-free building operation.

The Brytex Shed or gable style building can be provided with various base types and lift-up assemblies to make a multifunctional relocatable structure. These units can be skidded with full floor systems, perimeter steel support, wood base, or combination of structural runners and wood floor system. These buildings can be fitted with all available materials, accessories, and finishings. Removable roof and wall sections of any size can be provided to allow removal of equipment or to install a building over existing equipment. Wall and roof material is available from 0.76mm (24ga) Brytex panels to special welded panel construction of 2.7mm (12ga) steel.

Brytex Building Systems is an extremely flexible company with capabilities providing a wide range of portable custom structures. A variety of materials and finishes, from light gauge sheet metal to heavy-plate welded steel. Brytex has the design experience and expertise to provide structures to meet customers' particular equipment needs. This includes, but is not limited to, custom-built structural bases, electrical, mechanical, heating/ventilation systems and interior finishes.
